Bear Legal Solutions was created in order to provide personalized legal services to each client and every case. Far too often, whether in defense or plaintiff’s firms, clients and cases become little more than numbers within a law firm. This is the result of an organizational structure which mandates large caseloads and unmanageable billable requirements. Another common failure for lawyers is their inability to accurately evaluate a claim. We have seen first-hand attorneys who fail to objectively evaluate their client’s legal issues due to their implicit biases of group think, us vs. them, and self-interest.
